ABOUT ME

Masterclass with Patricio Guzmán

I had the opportunity to learn from Patricio Guzmán in 2009, an acclaimed Chilean documentarian known for his impactful work on social and political themes. This masterclass deepened my understanding of documentary production, character-driven storytelling, and post-production techniques, inspiring me to approach my own projects with a heightened sense of purpose and creative freedom.

Selected as one of only 20 participants from across Chile to join an exclusive masterclass led by Joan González, Director of DocsBarcelona. This focused program offered advanced training in documentary storytelling, project development, narrative structure, and character arcs. Under González’s guidance, I gained valuable insights into crafting impactful documentaries that connect with diverse audiences and explore significant cultural and social themes.
